7. Approve an Inter-local agreement to provide transportation services to the City of Lago Vista through Capital Metro.

11. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding Annexation and Development Agreement with W. Land Development, LLC for, approximately 109.4251 acres of in Travis County, located within the Lago Vista extraterritorial jurisdiction; approving a municipal services agreement for the area and authorizing the City Manager to execute the documents.

8. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing to discuss and consider an Ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, to voluntarily annex approximately 109.4251 acres of land adjacent and contiguous territory into the incorporated municipal boundaries of the City of Lago Vista, Texas including the following: findings of fact; effective date; a repealer; severability; and proper notice and meeting.

9. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for the approximately 32.42-acre tract known as Abstract 2152, Survey 35 of the H & O.B. Railroad Company, which fronts on an unimproved section of right-of-way platted as Santa Vista Way, from C-R (“Commercial Resort”) to R-1G (“Single-Family Residential”).

10. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a modification to an existing conditional use approval pursuant to Section 16.70 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding a dog grooming service operating as a home-based business at 2502 Newton Drive (Highland Lake Estates, Section 32, Lot 32162).

15. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 21-1908 clarifying the City’s authority regarding the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants executed on April 17, 2000, by Marshall’s Harbor Limited, Instrument No. 2001100285 of the Official Public Records Travis County, Texas.

19. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 21-1911 approving the Release of the Subdivision Construction Agreement and Development Agreement for the Montechino Subdivision as previously terminated pursuant to the 2018 Mutual Settlement and Release Agreement in Cause No. D-1-GN-16-002483.

Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 21-1905; A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas that repeals and replaces Resolution No. 21-1900, by rescheduling to a later date the public hearing to consider adoption of impact fees for roadway facilities; directing the City Secretary to publish notice of said public hearing; and establishing an effective date.

Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 21-1907; A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas appointing an individual to fill an unexpired vacant term as a member serving on the Building and Standards Commission; and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

16. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 21-1909; A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas designating signatories for the City.

17. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding a License and Maintenance Agreement with the Hollows Property Owners’ Association, authorizing them to construct, maintain, repair, replace and remove a golf cart path and related improvements adjacent to and within the City’s right-of-way, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement.

20. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a License Agreement with the Lago Vista Property Owner's Association and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
