7. Authorize City Manager or Designee, Sgt. Major Schofield, to pursue FEMA grant opportunity.

9. Discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 21-1912, a Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas suspending the effects of Section 20(e)(7) of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances otherwise applicable to the property located at 20311 Dawn Drive that requires protected trees displaced by new construction to be located on the same property.

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 21-11-04-01; An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas pursuant to Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated, Local Government Code, Chapter 102, Section 102.007(b) providing for amendments to Ordinance No. 21-09-27-02, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022; amendments to said budget by department are set forth in “Exhibit A” attached to this ordinance.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a contract award for the Water Plant 3 Generator Project and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract.

12. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 21-11-04-02; An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, amending Appendix A Fee Schedule of the Code of Ordinances, Article 6.000 Utility related fees; Section 6.200, Subsection (C) for Wastewater Rates, providing codification and publication, an effective date, repealer, severability, proper notice and open meetings clause.

13. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on request by Pan Hills Development LLC to remove approximately 18.4 acres of property from the Lago Vista Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).
