3. Discussion and possible recommendation of a draft ordinance amendment to incorporate a new chapter in the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances establishing requirements for access management and the use of a public right-of-way to access private property (driveways)

4. Discussion, update, and report from the subcommittee regarding a possible future draft ordinance amendment establishing a local contractors registration system. One of the purposes of this discussion is to provide the Commission members who are not serving on that subcommittee an opportunity to provide input and identify areas of concern for the subcommittee members to consider in their meeting to be scheduled.

5. Discussion to attempt to identify and clarify the general issues that the Lago Vista City Council is asking the Commission to address in the requested possible amendment to the current Lago Vista sign ordinance. Possible action might include the organization of a subcommittee or the scheduling of a work session to describe the desired outcome.

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding the required annual work plan required by Ordinance Number 21-07-15-01.

7. Discussion and possible action to amend the staring time for regular meetings.
