11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a recommendation for naming of trail at Sunset Park.

3. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for Lot 4140-A of Highland Lakes Estates, Section 4, commonly referred to as “Bowden Point Park,” from the TR-1 “Temporary Restricted” district to the P-2 “Park and Greenbelt District, (Passive).”

The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a conditional use permit application pursuant to Section 17 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to allow for the construction of a carport in the required corner lot side yard setback at 21341 Mount View Drive (Lago Vista Country Club Estates, Section 8, Lot 1673).

13. Discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 22-1936, a Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas authorizing the City Manager to complete an application requesting funding assistance from to the Texas Community Development Block Grant (CBDG) Program which utilizes their current Planning and Capacity Building (CPC) Fund; and providing for related matters.

14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 22-03-03-03; An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas pursuant to Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated, Local Government Code, Chapter 102, Section 102.007(b) providing for amendments to Ordinance No. 21-09-27-02, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022; amendments to said budget by department are set forth in “Exhibit A” attached to this ordinance for the 2022 Street Rehab Project.

16. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 22-1937; A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas appointing an individual to fill an unexpired vacant term as a member on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
