7. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider Ordinance No. 22-03- 17-01; Ordinance authorizing the issuance of City of Lago Vista, Texas General Obligation Refunding Bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,900,000 in one or more Series; approving an Official Statement, a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, a Bond Purchase Agreement, and an Escrow Agreement as needed for the Sale of Bonds; establishing the procedures for selling and delivering one or more Series of the Bonds; providing for the approval of this Ordinance on one reading only as authorized by State Law; and authorizing other matters relating to the Bonds.

8. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 22-03-17-02; An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas pursuant to Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated, Local Government Code, Chapter 102, Section 102.007(b) providing for amendments to Ordinance No. 21-09-27-02, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022; amendments to said budget by department are set forth in “Exhibit A” attached to this Ordinance for the Lago Vista swimming pool repairs.

9. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 22-1938; A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas accepting from Singleton, Clark & Company, P.C., the audit for fiscal year 2021.

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 22-1939; A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas appointing an individual to fill an unexpired vacant term as a member on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding hybrid meetings to allow for the holding of Open Meetings.

12. Discussion consideration and possible action on a professional services agreement for a temporary wastewater treatment plant superintendent.
