CONSENT AGENDA
9. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a conditional use approval pursuant to Section 17 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to allow for an accessory building that includes more than one-half of the floor area of the principal residence on Lot 15125A of Highland Lake Estates, Section 15, commonly referred to as 20902 Monroe Cove. • Applicant’s presentation • Open public hearing • Close public hearing • Council discussion and possible decision (continue public hearing if no decision results)
10. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for Lot 11083 of Highland Lake Estates, Section 11, less the north 73 feet of said lot, commonly referred to as 3605 Allegiance Avenue, from the P1-A (“Undeveloped Park, Active”) district to the C-1A (“Professional, Business Office, Low Density Retail”) district with the required design approval and a special use permit (SUP) approval for a golf cart, boat and watercraft repair facility with all operations to be contained within the interior of the existing building. • Applicant’s presentation • Open public hearing • Close public hearing • Council discussion and possible decision (continue public hearing if no decision results)

The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map for approximately 80.4 acres of the existing “Montechino Planned Development District” (PDD) that approves a new singlefamily residential lot detail plan for Lot 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the Marshall’s Harbor Subdivision and approximately 36.845 acres of the D & W R.R.
