6. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map for approximately 80.4 acres of the existing “Montechino Planned Development District” (PDD) that approves a new single-family residential lot detail plan for Lot 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the Marshall’s Harbor Subdivision and approximately 36.845 acres of the D & W R.R. Company Survey Number 99, Abstract Number 246.

7. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for the approximately 64.96-acre “Golf Course Tract” of the Bar-K Ranches, Plat 10, commonly referred to as being located at 8116 Chestnut Cove, from G-1 (“Golf Courses and Country Club District”) to a PDD (“Planned Development District”) to be known as “The Cottages at Lago Vista.”

8. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 3.111 of Chapter 3 and adding Section 3.500 to Article 3.000 of Appendix A of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances creating a requirement for various types of contractors or builders to maintain a registration in good standing to obtain a building permit within the municipality; and providing for related matters.

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding the draft PID Policy.
