3. Discussion of a draft report on the mid-year progress by the Building and Standards Commission on the annual work plan.

4. Continued discussion about duplicated and/or conflicting provisions included in both Chapter 3 and Chapter 14 and a potential consensus about which ones should be primarily regulated in Chapter 3 and which ones should instead include a cross-reference to Chapter 14.
