CONSENT AGENDA

7. Approve Resolution No. 22-1946, a Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas appointing James M. Bollengier as the Fire Marshal serving the city with the authority and duty to enforce all applicable fire and safety codes within the municipal limits.

8. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map for approximately 80.4 acres of the existing “Montechino Planned Development District” (PDD) that approves a new singlefamily residential lot detail plan for Lot 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the Marshall’s Harbor Subdivision and approximately 36.845 acres of the D & W R.R. Company Survey Number 99, Abstract Number 246.

9. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending various sections of Article 3.800 of Chapter 3 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to update the requirements for outdoor or exterior lighting to achieve added consistency with the most recent model ordinance recommended by the Texas Chapter of the International Dark Sky Association; and providing for related matters.

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a Social Media Policy.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a Letter of Interest for Airport Capital Improvement Program (CIP) funding from Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation.
