4. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a conditional use approval pursuant to Section 16.70 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to allow for a home-based beauty salon at 20205 Park Strip Street (Lago Vista Civic Center Addition, Lot 2012).

5. Discussion, consideration and possible action on an Ordinance ordering an Election to be held on the question of the City of Lago Vista's continued participation in the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority; designating November 8, 2022, as the date of the General Election; prescribing the form of the ballot; providing for election procedures; providing an effective date; providing an open meetings clause; and providing for related matters.

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding representation on the Region 10 Lower Colorado-Lavaca Regional Flood Planning Group (RFPG).
