2. Consider approval of the minutes of the April 11, 2022, special called meeting of the Building and Standards Commission.

Discuss and consider action on a draft ordinance amendment recommendation to address provisions within Article 3.700 of Chapter 3 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances related to model home permits throughout the municipality that have not been strictly enforced, including but not limited to location, maximum term length and other associated requirements.

3. Discuss and consider action on a draft ordinance amendment recommendation to address duplicated and/or conflicting provisions included in Chapter 3 and Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances.

4. Discuss and consider forming a subcommittee to identify potential resolutions to the duplicated and/or conflicting provisions included in Chapter 3 and Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances, and to possibly collaborate with the Planning and Zoning Commission about ordinance amendment recommendations.

6. Discuss status of the ordinance amendment recommendations forwarded by the Building and Standards Commission to the City Council regarding the local sign regulations, the proposed contractor's registration program and requirements related to construction debris accommodations.
