Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution 22-1949; A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, providing for a public hearing and notice of intent to issue special assessment revenue bonds, Series 2022 (Tessera on Lake Travis Public Improvement District Improvement Area #3 project) as required by the City's Home Rule Charter; providing an effective date, and containing other matters relating to the subject.

7. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on an Ordinance ordering an Election to be held on the question of the City of Lago Vista's continued participation in the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority; designating November 8, 2022, as the date of the General Election; prescribing the form of the ballot; providing for election procedures; providing an effective date; providing an open meetings clause; and providing for related matters.

4. Discuss options for the $0.01 sales tax contribution to Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (CapMetro) if voters elect to withdraw from the Public Transportation Authority

5. Discuss amending various sections of Article 2.2000 of Chapter 2 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to remove the fine schedules from the ordinances and to add required penalties for liability to owners of dangerous dogs.
