7. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the Future Land Use Map Component of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 16-05-05-02 as amended, regarding various specific properties owned by the Lago Vista Property Owners Association; and providing for related matters.

8. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 11.60(b) of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding the limitations on a special exception approval for property in the 100-year floodplain; and providing for related matters.

9. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 2.10 and Table B of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding the uses permitted in the G-1 (“Golf Course and Supporting Facilities”) zoning district; and providing for related matters.

10. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 3.111 of Chapter 3 and adding Section 3.500 to Article 3.000 of Appendix A of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances creating a requirement for various types of contractors or builders to maintain a registration in good standing to obtain a building permit within the municipality; and providing for related matters.

11. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding Resolution No. 22-1957; A resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas to consider nominating a member to serve on the Travis Central Appraisal District Board of Directors.
