CONSENT AGENDA

7. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding an agreement with Axon Enterprise for the lease of body cams and taser equipment.

8. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding an agreement with Les Hill Irrigation Consultant for professional design services of the irrigation system at the golf course.

9. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 11.60(b) of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding the limitations on a special exception approval for property in the 100-year floodplain; and providing for related matters.

10. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 8.905 of the City of Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to consider all evidence and determine whether the three aircraft located at Lot 26A on Flightline Road, or any part thereof, constitute a public nuisance as alleged, and whether to order abatement thereof.

11. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 8.804 of the City of Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to consider all evidence and determine whether an abandoned pickup truck on 4071 Outpost Trace, or any part thereof, constitutes a public nuisance as alleged, and whether to order abatement thereof.
