CONSENT AGENDA

9. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Keep Lago Vista Beautiful proposed improvements to the wall located at the intersection of Lohman Ford and FM 1431.

7. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 8.905 of the City of Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to consider all evidence and determine whether the three aircraft located at Lot 26A on Flightline Road, or any part thereof, constitute a public nuisance as alleged, and whether to order abatement thereof.

8. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the Future Land Use Map Component of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 16-05-05-02 as amended, regarding a portion of the property within the development known as the “Hollows on Lake Travis;” and providing for related matters.

10. Discussion, consideration and possible action on an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, amending the City’s Code of Ordinances, repealing and replacing the Sign Ordinance, moving the Sign Ordinance From Chapter 4, Article 4.800 to Chapter 5, consolidating Building and Fire Code regulations in Chapter 3, and reserving Chapter 4, Article 4.800 for future use, providing codification and Publication, an effective date, repealer, severability, proper notice and Open Meetings clause.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, amending the City’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 9, Article 9.2000 Golf Course Advisory Committee, Sec 9.2005 Qualifications of Members.

12. Discussion, consideration, and possible action amending the City of Lago Vista Rules of Procedure, Section 7.8 regarding time limits for council liaisons assignments to boards, commissions, and committees.

13. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding potential amendments to City of Lago Vista Rules of Procedures Article 4 and Section 7.8.4, regarding council liaisons duties.

14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding council feedback and guidance to committee/board/commission; Planning and Zoning.
