Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding a request by Turnback Development LLC (Developer) to authorize negotiation of an agreement between the Developer and the City for the transfer of the property, locally known as 7602 Bar K Ranch Road, from the City to the Owner, by a method deemed appropriate by the Council, for the construction of a public right of way to serve as an extension of Dodge Trail.
