3. 22-2263-PDD-REZ: Consideration of a recommendation regarding a zoning change request to amend approximately 109.522 acres of the D&W RR Co. Survey No. 99, Abstract No. 246 and the Richard Craig Survey No. 1867, Abstract No. 2754 from the TR-1 (“Temporary Restricted”) district to a Planned Development District to be known as the “Luna Ridge PDD.” A metes and bounds legal description of the tract under consideration is available upon request from the City of Lago Vista.
4. 23-2353-CO-U: Consideration of a recommendation regarding a conditional use permit application pursuant to Section 16.70 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to allow for a home-based gift shop or boutique, allowing retail customers to view available products by appointment only, a use otherwise prohibited at 21002 Brewer Lane (Lago Vista Estates, Section 10, Lot 2449).
5. 23-2417: Consideration of a design review application pursuant to Section 6.105 of Chapter 14 for a community amenity center to serve the residents of Lakeside at Tessera located at 8610 Pine Muhly Drive (Tessera on Lake Travis, Phase 4A, Block B, Lot 10).
6. Reconsideration of a previous ordinance amendment recommendation regarding temporary uses as it relates to regulations in Section 6.65 of Chapter 14 applicable to the storage and parking of vehicles on residential property, including potential amendments to Chapter 3, Chapter 6, and Chapter 8 to ensure consistent and organized regulations.
