CONSENT AGENDA

8. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a conditional use permit application pursuant to Section 16.70 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to allow for a home-based gift shop or boutique, allowing retail customers to view available products by appointment only, a use otherwise prohibited at 21002 Brewer Lane (Lago Vista Estates, Section 10, Lot 2449).

9. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider Ordinance 23-07- 06-03, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for the approximately 109.522 acres of the D&W RR Co. Survey No. 99, Abstract No. 246 and the Richard Craig Survey No. 1867, Abstract No. 2754 from the TR-1 (“Temporary Restricted”) district to a Planned Development District (“PDD”) to be known as the “Luna Ridge PDD

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a contractual agreement with Halff Associates, Inc. to provide professional services required to complete an update to the current Lago Vista comprehensive plan that includes a parks master plan component for the stipulated sum of $235,000 for the base scope of work as described more fully in the exhibits attached and incorporated into the agreement

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 23-07-06-02, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista adopting the existing Public Improvement District (PID) policy approved by the Lago Vista City Council on May 5, 2022, and amending the applicable portions of the fee schedule for consistency with that policy
