13. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider Ordinance 23-08- 03-04, an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Article 4.800 of Chapter 4, Section 23 of Chapter 14, and Articles 4.000 and 7.000 of Appendix A of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to update existing zoning requirements and to enact new regulations applicable to the operation of short-term occupancies. (Part 1 of 2)
14. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider Ordinance 23-08- 03-05; an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the Future Land Use Map component of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 16-05-05-02 as amended, regarding specific property owned by Shoreline Ranch Texas, LP and Western United Life Assurance, Inc.
8. Discussion, consideration and possible action approving Resolution 23-2001; "A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, Providing for a Public Hearing and Notice of Intent to Issue Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 (Tessera on Lake Travis Public Improvement District Improvement Area #3 Project) as Required by the City's Home Rule Charter; Providing an Effective Date; and Containing Other Matters Relating to the Subject".

Discussion and possible action regarding an application to the City Council by the City of Lago Vista for a variance regarding several aspects of the proposed community information sign that includes an LED display within the right-of-way on the west side of Lohman Ford Road near the rear property line of 7305 Spanish Oak Drive.
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Resolution 23-2002; a resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, declaring vacancies and appointing individuals to fill unexpired vacant terms as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
11. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider Ordinance 23-08- 03-02, an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 3.104 of Chapter 3 and Sections 2.10 and 4.20 of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances to distinguish the determination of the maximum building height permitted by the Zoning Ordinance on non-conforming flag lots from other lots within the municipality; and providing for related matters.
12. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider Ordinance 23-08- 03-03, an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 20 of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances to amend the restrictions regarding the expenditure of fees collected in lieu of protected tree replacement.
4. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a roll call vote on adoption of a proposal to set a 2024 tax rate for the City of Lago Vista, schedule public hearings and take necessary action.
3. Discuss fiscal year 2023-2024 proposed annual budget.
