1. Discussion, consideration and possible action on Turnback Ranch Development Agreement.
2. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a conditional use permit application pursuant to Section 17.05 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to allow for a carport (covered, but not enclosed) to accommodate a recreational vehicle and potential other storage needs at 21813 Peacemaker Trail (Bar-K Ranches, Plat 6, Lot 6179A).
3. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider Ordinance 23-09- 07-04; an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 2.10, Section 4, Table A and Table B of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to address various inconsistencies with current best zoning practices and between the existing zoning district requirements and the future land use designations within the current Comprehensive Plan.
4. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 23-09-07- 01; an Ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas adopting a Budget for Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2023, and ending September 30, 2024; appropriating the various amounts thereof and repealing all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict therewith; and providing for an effective date.
5. Hold a Public Hearing on the Proposed Tax Rate.
6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 23-09-07- 02; an Ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas levying Ad Valorem Taxes for use and support of the Municipal Government of the City of Lago Vista for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023, and terminating September 30, 2024; proving for apportioning each levy for specific purposes; and providing when taxes shall become due and when same shall become delinquent if not paid.
