1. The Lago Vista City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an Ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map regarding the current “Planned Development District” (PDD) known as “Turnback Ranch” established by Ordinance No. 07-04-05-03 to approve a new concept plan for the entire development consisting of approximately 241.541 acres and to approve a detail plan for the property excluding the “SFD Parcel;” and providing for related matters.

11. Discussion, consideration and action on third amendment to Restated Development Agreement for Tessera on Lake Travis.

2. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding "A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, Delaying Action on a Resolution Providing for a Public Hearing and Notice of Intent to Issue Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 (Tessera on Lake Travis Public Improvement District Improvement Area #3 Project) as Required by the City's Home Rule Charter; Providing an Effective Date; and Containing Other Matters Relating to the Subject".

3. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on an Ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, Approving an Annual Service Plan Update and Amendment to the Service and Assessment Plan for the Tessera On Lake Travis Public Improvement District.

4. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action to approve a contract with Motorola Solutions for Police Department radios, Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management software.

5. Discussion, consideration and action on establishing a Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee.
