Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 23-2016, a resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, confirming the reappointment of an Associate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Lago Vista, Texas, authorizing execution of the professional services agreement for said Judge, and recognizing the resignation of an Associate Municipal Court Judge.

Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 23-09-28-01; An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas pursuant to Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated, Local Government Code, Chapter 102, Section 102.007(b) providing for amendments to Ordinance No. 22-09-15-03, for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2023; amendments to said budget by department are set forth in “Exhibit A” attached to this ordinance.

8. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance 23-09-28-02, an ordinance of the City of Lago Vista updating the Municipal Purchased Water Conservation Plan as required by LCRA.

9. Discussion, consideration and possible action on third amendment to Restated Development Agreement for Tessera on Lake Travis.
