Discussion and consideration of a potential recommendation of a draft amendment to Section 3.106, Section 3.107 and Section 3.109 of Chapter 3 regarding the model building and fire codes adopted for use in the Lago Vista municipal limits, which plays a part in the evaluation performed by the Insurance Services Office (ISO) that determines local hazard insurance rates.

5. Discussion and consideration of a potential recommendation for a draft amendment to Article 3.500 of Chapter 3 regarding regulations related to Recreational Vehicle / Campground Parks including whether those regulations might be more appropriately located in Chapter 14, the Lago Vista Zoning Ordinance.

6. Discussion and consideration of a potential recommendation of a draft amendment to Section 3.110 of Chapter 3 regarding the permitting process to create deadlines for obtaining a permit following an approved review, to update requirements for improved consistency with recent changes to the permit review process, and to include other more precise language considered by the Commission as part of the previous comprehensive ordinance review.

7. Consider approval of the October 4, 2023, regular meeting minutes.

8. Proposals to place subjects on the agenda for a subsequent meeting.
