3. 23-2571-R-REZ: Consideration of a recommendation regarding a zoning change request pursuant to Section 13 and Section 18 of Chapter 14 from the C-1A “Professional Office, Neighborhood Retail” zoning district to the C-1A (SUP) “Professional Office, Neighborhood Retail” zoning district with a special use permit approval for a “tattoo parlor or studio” at 20811 Dawn Drive, Suite 200 (Lago Vista Travis Plaza, Lot 8-C, 9-C, and 10-C).
4. Consideration of a potential amendment to Section 13.40 of Chapter 14 regarding written notices to property owners about public hearings required by any provision of the Lago Vista Zoning Ordinance.
5. Consideration of a potential amendment to Table A of Chapter 14 to correct an inadvertent inconsistency with the maximum height permitted without a special exception approval in the R-1T "Single-Family (Tall)" residential zoning district when compared to the R-1L and R-1R residential zoning districts.
6. 23-2548-FI-PLA: Consideration of a final plat approval in accordance with Section 2.18 of Chapter 10 for Phase 1A and 1B of Firefly Cove.
