8. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-02-01-01; an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas, amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for Lot 8-C, Lot 9-C, and Lot 10-C of Lago Vista Travis Plaza, located at 20811 Dawn Drive from the C-1A “Professional Office, Neighborhood Retail” zoning district to the C-1A “Professional Office, Neighborhood Retail” zoning district with a special use permit (SUP) approval for a “tattoo parlor or studio” located in Suite 200.
9. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-02-01-02; an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas, amending Section 13.20 and Section 13.40 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding written notices to nearby property owners for zoning applications and the consequence of written protests from those property owners on a proposed zoning change.
10. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-02-01-03; an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas, amending Table A of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to increase consistency between the maximum building height permitted in certain residential zoning districts.
11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to award Bennett Paving's bid for RFP #24-03 in the amount of $878,286.50 to repave 23 City streets and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract.
12. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-02-01-04; an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Article 3.500 of Chapter 3 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding Recreational Vehicle Park regulations.
13. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-02-01-05; an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas, amending article 1.500 of Chapter 1 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to update existing purchasing policies and procedures to create a local preference program.
