4. 23-2583-APP: Consideration of an appeal pursuant to Section 3.111(h)(1)(A) of Chapter 3 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances alleging that errors or erroneous conclusions form the basis of the Development Services Director’s determination under the authority of Section 3.111(e)(3) of that same chapter that a 180-day suspension of the appellant’s contractor registration and a revocation of the associated permit is warranted by the circumstances and those provisions.
5. Discussion of the current and potential future relationship between local building regulations and zoning ordinances, state statutes such as the Texas Occupations Code, and building codes including the International Building Code and the International Residential Code as it is applicable to the use of new or recycled shipping containers and other similar forms or methods of construction.
6. Discussion of potential amendments to the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances, including chapters that are the primary responsibility of the Public Works Department, that regulate construction and development activity in our community in order to better align the outcomes with the desires and expectations of our residents.
7. Consider approval of the January 10, 2024, special called meeting minutes.
