9. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-02-15-04, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Article 4.800 of Chapter 4, Section 23 of Chapter 14, and Articles 4.000 and 7.000 of Appendix A of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to update existing zoning requirements and to enact new regulations applicable to the operation of short-term occupancies.

10. Discussion on the Traffic Safety Analysis Technical Memo findings related to the speed limit on Boggy Ford, various speed studies conducted by LVPD, and the most recent accidents.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on authorizing the City Manager to proceed with hiring Team Morales as an emergency expense that is necessary to preserve or protect the public health or safety of the municipality's residents to repair unforeseen damage to public machinery, equipment, or other property, for an amount not to exceed $500,000 to remove one (1) failed electrical cable and install two (2) new electrical cables of equal quality at Water Treatment Plant #3's intake.

6. Consider approval of Ordinance 24-02-15-03; an ordinance amending the Rules of Procedure based on discussions at the January 4th, January 18th, and February 1st meetings of City Council.
