7. Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Lago Vista and Travis County Emergency Services District No. 1 for Fire Code Enforcement Services
8. Hold a Public Hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-04-04-03, an ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, to annex approximately 10.814 acres of land owned by Leonard Strickler, adjacent and contiguous territory into the incorporated municipal boundaries of the City of Lago Vista, Texas including the following findings of fact; effective date; a repealer; severability; and proper notice and open meetings clauses.
9. Hold a Public Hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-04-04-02, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the existing Planned Development District known as the “Lago Vista Town Centre” approved by Ordinance No. 06-04-27-01 regarding the description of the permitted uses in the District and the reference to the site development plan to govern proposed improvements.
10. Hold a Public Hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-04-04-05; an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas, amending Section 13.20 and Section 13.40 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding written notices to nearby property owners for zoning applications and the consequence of written protests from those property owners on a proposed zoning change.
11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving the Municipal Services Agreement with Laverne Estates LP, Owner of 7.055 Acres of Land in the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction at 19708 Boggy Ford Road.
13. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding the feasibility and benefits of using Microsoft Copilot to assist with meeting minutes.
14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution 24-2056, which states the facts that Council finds to be true and to be put forward in an attempt to obtain an exemption under 2018 Reauthorization Act §1985 Section 185 amendment to U.S.C. 49 U.S.C. 47107(s) which would allow immediate funding by the FAA and TxDOT for maintenance and capital projects at the Rusty Allen Airport.
15. Discussion, consideration, and possible action allowing for the submission of a City facility naming application for Harvey Gann.
16. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to provide direction to the Building and Standards Commission Council liaison Paul Roberts regarding rules for electronic signage in city rights-of-way.
