14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on the first draft report of the Traffic Safety Analysis produced by Freese & Nichols, and provide staff with clear direction on changes or revisions that council would like made.

6. Hold a Public Hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-05-02-01, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for Lot 8-C, Lot 9-C, and Lot 10-C of Lago Vista Travis Plaza, located at 20811 Dawn Drive from the C-1A “Professional Office, Neighborhood Retail” zoning district to the C-1A “Professional Office, Neighborhood Retail” zoning district with a special use permit (SUP) approval to allow for the sale of “specialty and novelty items” enumerated in section 18.20(f) of chapter 14 from within suite 100 and 150.

8. Hold a Public Hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-05-02-03, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for approximately 2.267 acres of a tract within the Dallas & Wichita Railroad Company Survey Number 9, Abstract Number 245, commonly referred to as being located at 7602 Bar-K Ranch Road from the TR-1 (“Temporary Restricted”) zoning district to the P-2 (“Park and Greenbelt, Passive”) zoning district.

9. Hold a Public Hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-05-02-04, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map regarding the current “Planned Development District” (PDD) known as “Turnback Ranch” established by Ordinance No. 07-04-05- 03 and amended by Ordinance No. 23-09-21-01 to approve a detail plan for the “SFD Parcel.”

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to consider Ordinance No. 24-05-02- 05, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 5.101, Section 5.105, Section 5.112, Section 5.115, and Table A of Chapter 5 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances, to update various provisions related to sign regulations

7. Hold a Public Hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-05-02-02, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for Lot 18005-B of Bar-K Ranches, Section 18, commonly referred to as 8019 Bronco Lane, from the C1A (“Professional Office, Neighborhood Retail”) zoning district to the C-2 (“General Commercial / Retail”) zoning district together with the required design approval.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a proposal for a city ordinance to strengthen property owners' rights relating to squatters.

12. Discussion, consideration, and possible action moving forward with procuring an online City Council discussion board.
