Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-06-06-02, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by rezoning the property within the existing “Planned Development District” (PDD) known as the “Majestic”, established by Ordinance No. 08-06-19-01, to the P-1B (“Developed Park, Active”) zoning district.
15. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-06-06-03, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 3.123 of Chapter 3, and Sections 2.10, 5.30, and Section 5.40 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to clarify regulations and exemptions related to minimum setback requirements.
16. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-06-06-04, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 11.40, Section 11.60, and Section 13.20 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to establish formal minimum deadlines for zoning applications determined to be complete in order to be noticed for inclusion on the appropriate agenda.

8. Consider approval of Resolution 24-2061; a resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas appointing and determining the service terms of two new alternate members to the Board of Adjustment.
12. Consider approval to request the Building and Standards Commission review and provide input regarding a potential amendment to Article 3.800 of Chapter 3, which addresses Outdoor or Exterior Lighting.
9. Consider approval of the award of RFQ 24-04 for LED Monument Sign (RM 1431 Eastbound), to Vistago Print in the amount of $95,675; and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for such services.
