CALL TO ORDER, CALL OF ROLL

1. Welcome and introduction of new Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee member Steve Becker.

2. Elect a sitting committee member to serve as the PRAC Secretary for the remainder of the 2024 calendar year.

3. Routine reports from City Council Liaison.

4. Routine reports from City Staff.

5. Minutes Approval: April 15, 2024 and May 8, 2024 Meetings

6. Request PRAC Agenda Item placement for City Council's July regular meeting.

7. PRAC submission for City Newsletter: Perhaps a call for volunteers [& suggested verbiage] to help start work on the Bonanza Park Area.

8. Discuss & decisions on methods for assimilating potential community volunteer info & coordination, for helping with the Bonanza greenspace - preparatory to hopeful Council approval for our proposed expenditures.

9. Discussion, & request for committee volunteer's to share participation in attending KLVB's monthly meetings, on the 2nd Thur @2pm, of each month & usually lasting about an hour - for at least the next several months, as part of learning & coordination of & with their tried & true methods.

10. Discussion follow-up to PRAC's PowerPoint presentation to City Council & results thereof; following thru with more specific info & revisions to the presentation, as was requested by Council - in preparation for a July Council Meeting Agenda slot.

11. Discussion as to results from PRAC's agenda items on Council's June 6th regular meeting: Work Session #3, scope, function, etal for PRAC; & Action item #19, rezoning of city properties.
