9. Consider approval of an amendment to Ordinance No. 24-06-06-04, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 11.40, Section 11.60, and Section 13.20 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to establish formal minimum deadlines for zoning applications determined to be complete in order to be noticed for inclusion on the appropriate agenda (amending from action taken at the June 6, 2024 City Council meeting).

8. Consider approval of Resolution 24-2063, a resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas approving and exiting Stage 2 Watering Restrictions, and entering Stage 1 Restrictions in line with the City's Drought Contingency Plan.

7. Consider approval of Resolution 24-2062; a resolution of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas, publicly censuring Mayor Kevin Sullivan for willful violation of the City Charter.

10. Hold a Public Hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-06-20-01, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map regarding the uses and development standards applicable to specific portions of the original “Planned Development District” (PDD) known as “Marshall’s Harbor” established by Ordinance No. 01-01-18-01 and amended by Ordinance No. 05-11-03-01, Ordinance No. 06-06-08-02, and Ordinance No 24-05-16-01.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding an additional emergency road/route out of Lago Vista in the event of an evacuation.

12. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding City Council approval of street parking and/or special event parking.

13. Discussion, consideration and possible action on Ordinance 24-06-20-02; an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, amending Section 6.200 (A)(3) of Article 6.000 within Appendix A of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding water conservation fees, providing codification and publication, an effective date, repealer, severability, proper notice and open meetings clauses.

14. Discussion, consideration and possible action approving an amendment to the original Professional Services Agreement with Freese & Nichols in the amount of $504,673.00 to perform additional engineering services related to the City's wastewater system and authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment.

15. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Resolution No. 24-2064; a resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas appointing an individual to fill an unexpired vacant term as a member serving on the Library Advisory Board.
