5. Discussion and possible action in response to the request of the Lago Vista City Council to review and provide input regarding a potential amendment to specific sections of Article 3.800 of Chapter 3, which establishes regulations restricting outdoor or exterior lighting.

7. Discussion and consideration of a potential recommendation for a draft amendment to Chapter 10.5 related to the procedures for the approval of variances to the site development regulations, including a possible change to designate those regulations as Chapter 3.5.

8. Discussion, review, and possible updates to the mid-year report of the Building and Standards Commission annual work plan and the required presentation of that report to the Lago Vista City Council (anticipated to occur on July 18, 2024).
