4. Minutes Approval: May 8, 2024 and June 12, 2024 Meetings

5. Discussion with council liaison regarding any clarification needed on our recent questions to City Council, including: Role of the PRAC, City Budgeting process, and appropriate PRAC frequency of meetings.

6. Elect a sitting committee member to serve as PRAC Secretary for the remainder of the 2024 calendar year.

7. PRAC submission for City Newsletter: Perhaps suggested verbiage to help community differentiate between City Parks and POA Parks.

8. Discuss & decide on an ongoing goal to regularly request PRAC Agenda Item placements on City Council's August & subsequent regular meetings [As was suggested last month by our substitute Council Liaison].

9. Discuss methods for assimilating potential community volunteer info & coordination, for helping with the Bonanza greenspace - preparatory to Council approving our proposed 'Tree Fund' expenditures.

10. Request additional committee member volunteer's [Don will attend July] to share participation in attending KLVB's monthly meetings, on the 2nd Thursday @ 2pm, of each month, lasting about an hour - for at least the next several months, as part of learning & coordinating with their tried & true methods.

11. Follow-up on both of PRAC's preliminary PowerPoint presentations - prioritizing & adding more specific info along with revisions as were requested by Council - in preparation for a July/Aug Council Meeting Agenda slot.

12. Follow-up as to results from PRAC's agenda items on Council's June 6th regular meeting: Work Session #3: scope, function, prioritizing... for PRAC; also Action item #19: as to potential initiatives for selling parts of some city properties to community members.
