3. 23-2641-R-REZ: Consideration of a recommendation regarding a zoning change request from the TR-1 (“Temporary Restricted”) zoning district to the C-2 (“General Commercial / Retail”) zoning district with the required design approval for a retail center that includes a convenience store with fuel service for approximately 3.012 acres of a larger undeveloped tract of property commonly referred to as a portion of 5700 Lohman Ford Road (a survey map with bearings and distances is available upon request from the City of Lago Vista).
4. Consideration of a potential amendment to Section 16 of Chapter 14 regarding the procedural and substantive requirements for approval of a home-based business, sometimes referred to as a home occupation.
5. Consideration of a potential amendment to Section 22.20 of Chapter 14 regarding exemptions from the fence and screening device requirements.
6. Discussion and possible action, including a potential appointment of a subcommittee to begin working on recommended amendments to Chapter 10 of the Code of Ordinances, the Lago Vista Subdivision Regulations.
