18. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a request from Younger Homes for a waiver of the required three building permit extension fees totaling $19,102.50 that have been incurred during the construction of a single-family residence at 5212 Canyon Oaks.

Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-07-18-05, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the Code of Ordinances by repealing the existing site development regulations in Chapter 10.5, reenacting new site development regulations as Chapter 3.5, and amending Sections 3.1401, 3.1402, and Section 3.501 of Chapter 3, Section 6.10 of Chapter 10, and Section 7 of Chapter 11.
17. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding proposed language for an ordinance setting guidelines for interaction between staff and council, and guidelines for decorum.
20. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on providing Public Works with guidance on how to proceed with the Infill, Utility Extension, and Rebate Agreement Process as currently prescribed by City Ordinance.

Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-07-18-04, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 10.30, Section 10.60, Section 10.80, Section 10.90, and Section 13.20 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding the procedural requirements to approve or amend a Planned Development District (PDD).

9. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 24-07-18-01, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 12.501 and Section 12.515 of Chapter 12 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to authorize and establish regulations for the operation of Off-Highway Vehicles on city streets.
10. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 24-07-18-02, an ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas enacting Section 12.712 of Chapter 12 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding the motor vehicle speed limit on Boggy Ford Road from its intersection with Lohman Ford Road to its intersection with American Drive within the corporate limits of the City of Lago Vista, Texas; and providing for the following: savings, severability, repealer, effective date, and proper notice and meeting.
12. Consider approval of a Joint Election Agreement with Travis County for the November 2024 election and approval of the corresponding Election Services Contract.
13. Consider approval of Resolution No. 24-2066, a resolution by the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the Interim Growth Management Policy established by Resolution 23-1996.
