7. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding the City of Lago Vista Personnel Policies and Procedures, approved October 2016.

1. Discussion regarding fiscal year 2024-2025 proposed annual budget.

CONSENT AGENDA

2. Consider approval of Resolution 24-2068, a nonpartisan resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas condemning all acts of political violence and targeted harassment.

4. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-08-01-01, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning district for approximately 3.012 acres of land within the Mary Campbell Survey Number 98, Abstract Number 189 which is a portion of the property commonly referred to as being located at 5700 Lohman Ford Road from the TR-1 (“Temporary Restricted”) zoning district to the C-2 (“General Commercial / Retail”) zoning district.

5. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-08-01-02, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 22.20 of Chapter 14 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to create an exemption for electrical substation security fencing.

9. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-08-01-04, an ordinance of the City Council of Lago Vista, Texas amending Section 3.104 and Article 3.1000 of Chapter 3 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances related to the use of shipping containers for residential construction.

8. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Article 4.600 which states a provider of cable television service shall provide, without cost to the city, all information requested by the city in the exercise of its regulatory authority to set just and reasonable rates pursuant to this article within ten calendar days of the receipt of the request for information by the provider.

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-08-01-03; an ordinance of the of the City of Lago Vista, amending Article 1.300 "City Council" adding Section 1.310 "Procedures for Personnel Interaction"; and providing for the following: Findings of Fact, Savings, Severability, Repealer, Effective Date, and Proper Notice and Meeting Clauses.
