14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Resolution 24-2076, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas appointing an individual to serve as the Interim City Secretary of the City of Lago Vista.
3. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 24-09-19- 01; an Ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas adopting a Budget for Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2024, and ending September 30, 2025; appropriating the various amounts thereof and repealing all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict therewith; and providing for an effective date.

5. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 24-09-19-03 an ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, amending Code of Ordinances article 1.300 "City Council" adding Section 1.310 "Procedures for Personnel Interaction" and Providing for the Following: Findings of Fact, Severability, Repealer, Effective Date, and Proper Notice and Meetings Clauses.
12. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-09-19-05, an ordinance regarding a zoning change request to amend the existing “Nature’s Point Planned Development District” (PDD) established by Ordinance No. 21-03-04-01, to modify various development standards applicable to improvements on the property (Nature’s Point Subdivision, Block A, Lot 1).
13. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding waiving a residential permit fee for 20800 Henry Avenue.
15. Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving an interlocal agreement between Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool and the City of Lago Vista for an opt-in for Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response Coverage (Cyber Coverage).
