9. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-10-17-01, an ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, amending Section 16 of Chapter 14 regarding the procedural and substantive requirements for approval of a home-based business, sometimes referred to as a home occupation.

10. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-10-17-02, an ordinance of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, amending Section 3.50 and Section 6.105 of Chapter 14 to clarify ambiguous language and to explicitly allow the City Council discretion to approve a zoning change while deferring the design review otherwise required for multifamily and non-residential zoning districts.

11. Hold a public hearing for discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-10-17-03; an ordinance of the of the City of Lago Vista, amending Section 6.105 and Section 15.50 of Chapter 14 to update a cross-reference to the site development plan regulations.

12. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-10-17-04; an ordinance of the of the City of Lago Vista, amending the Sign Ordinance, Chapter 5 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances, regarding political expression; signs, wayfinding signs and directional signs in a public right-of-way; and variance or appeal procedures related to sign permits.

13. Discussion, consideration and possible action on Resolution No. 24-2079 formally accepting the public infrastructure for Lakeside at Tessera, Phase 3C which includes streets, underground storm drain, water distribution, and sewer collection systems.

14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a citizen petition to purchase adjacent property owned by the City of Lago Vista.

Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance 24-10-17-XX, an ordinance of the City of Lago Vista amending the code of ordinances by amending Chapter 1, General Provisions by adding a new Article 1.200, "Release from Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, providing for procedures for processing petitions for release from the City's ETJ, and mending Appendix A, Fee Schedule to add a fee for processing petitions for release; providing for the following: findings of fact, severability, repealer, effective date, and proper notice and meeting clauses.
