1. Discussion and direction to staff regarding the concession agreement between the City of Lago Vista and Bunker Bar and Grille, that is scheduled to expire on December 6, 2024.

CONSENT AGENDA

3. Consider authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute a service agreement between the City of Lago Vista & LJB Engineering for Phase 2 of the City's GIS Refresh- Quadrant 2 with Lidar in the amount of $211,063.

4. Consider authorizing the Interim City Manager to purchase two new Ford F-150's in the amount of $85,696.00 that was approved in FY24-25's Parks and Recreation budget for an amount of $90,217.00.

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving Ordinance No. 24-11-07-01 formally adopting revisions to the City's Personnel Policies and Procedures.

7. Discussion, consideration, and possible action authorizing the Interim City Manager to proceed with hiring Team Morales as an emergency expense that is necessary to preserve or protect the public health or safety of the municipality's residents to repair unforeseen damage to public machinery, equipment, or other property, in the amount of $372,000 to remove one (1) outdated electrical cable and install two (2) new electrical cables at Water Treatment Plant #1's intake.

8. Discussion, consideration, and possible action awarding RFQ 24-12 to Strategic Government Resources (SGR) for Executive Recruitment Services to fill vacant Director level positions, and City Manager, and authorize the Interim City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement for such services.

9. Discussion, consideration, and possible action awarding Lone Star Paving's bid for RFP 25-01 in the amount of $3,825,269.26 to repave over 75 City streets and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the contract.

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving Ordinance No. 24-11-07 02; amending the Sign Ordinance, Chapter 5 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances, regarding political expression; signs, wayfinding signs and directional signs in a public right-f-way; and variance or appeal procedures related to sign permits.

11. Discussion, consideration and possible action approving Resolution No. 24-2082 casting 10 votes among the nominees on the ballot for the Travis County Appraisal District Board of Directors.
