10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-12-19-01 amending Chapter 6, Article 6.200, Section 6.212 of the Lago Vista Code of Ordinances regarding Oak Wilt Control.
11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action directing staff to develop a City dashboard to track the status of current CIP projects and items on the annual work plan.
12. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Civic Plus to purchase NextRequest software for Pulibc Information Act (PIA) Requests received and processed by the City of Lago Vista in the amount of $6,894 (includes setup fee), a 50% reduction for the first year.
