Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Ordinance No. 25-02-20-06; an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code Chapter 102, Sections 102.007(b) and 102.010, providing for amendments to Ordinance No. 24-09-19-01, Municipal Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 and Ending September 30, 2025; Providing for savings, severability, and effective date.
3. Consider approving the Consent Agreement for the creation of an In-City Municipal Utility District for Firefly Cove, LLC.
8. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding a City of Lago Vista DRAFT Policy to establish an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program.
9. Discussion, consideration and possible action on passing Resolution 25-2112; Authorizing the Lago Vista Property Owners Association (LVPOA) to occupy the culde-sac at the end of Park Drive, within City right-of-way, for the installation of an access control panel and gate widening.
10. Discussion and direction on effluent water dispersal system design.
