Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving and authorizing the City Manager to either purchase a new 2025 Ford PIU Interceptor with up-fitting in the amount of $76,872 which was approved in FY-25's budget or to authorize City Manager to enter into lease fleet agreement with enterprise for City of Lago Vista Police vehicles.

Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 25-05-01- 01; an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas Pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code Chapter 102, Sections 102.007(b) and 102.010, Providing for Amendments to Ordinance No. 24-09-19-01, Municipal Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 2024 and Ending September 30, 2025; for the replacement of the non-functioning air conditioning unit at City Hall.

9. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding adoption of Resolution No. 25-2124 Establishing the Citizen Bond Oversight and Transparency Committee. (CBOTC)
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding adopting an official newspaper for the City of Lago Vista.
11. Discussion, consideration and possible action on passing Resolution No. 25-2126 to formally accept the public infrastructure within Fire Fly Cove Phases 1A and 1B.
12. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding direction on Development Service's application backlog and support options.
13. Discussion, consideration and possible action on an amendment to the City of Lago Vista Code of Ordinances, to add a Chapter 15 Growth Management and/or to amend Chapter 14 "Zoning Ordinance", Section 13 "Zoning Changes and Ordinance Amendments" establishing various studies, documents, plans, maps, data or information requirements which must be included in an application to rezone property.
14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on an amendment to the City of Lago Vista Code of Ordinances, to amend Chapter 14 "Zoning" Exhibit A, "Zoning Ordinance Section 3, Establishment of Districts" concerning eligibility to place items on an agenda and completeness of applications, to address required publication, posting, or notices including the posting of various materials on the City's website associated with a request for rezoning, and/or other requests for approval of site plans, permits, or design reviews.
15. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on an amendment to the City of Lago Vista Code of Ordinances, to amend Chapter 10 "Subdivision Regulation", Exhibit A, "Plat and Subdivision Ordinance Adopted", Section 2 "Processing of proposed subdivision, to establish standards of administrative completeness, and/or to require compliance with proposed growth management standards with the submittal of a preliminary plat.
16. Discussion, consideration and possible action on approving the installation of a third stop sign at the intersection of Boggy Ford Rd, Highland Lakes Drive, and Emerald Drive.
17. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding the formation of a Finance Subcommittee to support financial reporting and planning during transition.
18. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on entering into a Master Services Interlocal Agreement with Texas State University to potentially work on future projects together.
