Project # 23-2777-R-REZ Conduct a Public Hearing for consideration of a request to rezone a parcel of land from “TR-1” Temporary Restricted to C-2 “General Commercial Retail” Said rezoning proposed for an approximate 4.035 acre tract of land identified as property ID NO. 984238 by the Travis Central Appraisal District and situated in the Mary Campbell Survey Abstract NO. 129 in the City of Lago Vista, Travis County Texas.

2. Project # 23-2778-R-REZ Conduct a Public Hearing for consideration of a request to rezone a parcel of land from “TR-1” Temporary Restricted to C-2 “General Commercial Retail” Said rezoning proposed for an approximate 3.776 Acre tract of land identified as property ID NO. 999032 by the Travis Central Appraisal District and situated in the Mary Campbell Survey Abstract NO. 129 in the City of Lag0 Vista, Travis County Texas.

3. Conduct a Public Hearing, Discuss and Consider a recommendation to the City Council on the adoption of a New Comprehensive Plan for the City of Lago Vista to update and replace the current Plan

Growth Management Conduct a public hearing and consider an amendment to the City of Lago Vista Code of Ordinances to amend Chapter 10, Exhibit A, “Subdivision Ordinance adopted, Section 2 “Processing of Proposed Subdivisions” to establish standards of administrative completeness and/or to require compliance with proposed new growth management standards with the submittal of a Preliminary plat.

4. Discuss and Consider a Site Design Review with a request to waive a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) for a proposed Dairy Queen Restaurant to be located at the intersection of RM 1431 & Dodge Rd.
