8. Project # 23-2777-R-REZ Conduct a public hearing for consideration of a request to rezone a parcel of land from “TR-1” Temporary Restricted to C-2 “General Commercial Retail”. Said rezoning proposed for an approximate 4.035-acre tract of land identified as property ID NO. 984238 by the Travis Central Appraisal District and situated in the Mary Campbell Survey Abstract NO. 129 in the City of Lago Vista, Travis County Texas. Said Tract having been conveyed to Leonard Strickler and more generally described as being along the west side of Lohman Ford Road approximately 380 feet south of the intersection of Lohman Ford Rd. and Travis Dr.
9. Project # 23-2778-R-REZ Conduct a public hearing for consideration of a request to rezone a parcel of land from “TR-1” Temporary Restricted to C-2 “General Commercial Retail”. Said rezoning Proposed for an approximate 3.776-acre tract of land identified as Property ID NO. 999032 by the Travis Central Appraisal District and situated in the Mary Campbell Survey Abstract NO. 129 in the City of Lago Vista, Travis County Texas. Said Tract Having Been conveyed to Leonard Strickler and more generally described as being along the west side of Lohman Ford Road Approximately 954 Feet South of the intersection of Lohman Ford RD. and Travis Dr.
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a request submitted by Phillip & Jennifer Ciulla for a waiver of the Permit Extension Fee Project # 11783 addresses as 21313 Cardinal Lane, Lago Vista, Travis County Texas.
11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a request submitted by Kim Sharp for a waiver of the Permit Extension Fee on Project # 10985 addressed as 6801 Cedar Ridge, Lago Vista, Travis County Texas.
14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a proposal to formally support the implementation of AI powered agent teams to assist city operations, beginning with the development of a pilot AI driven Grant Department.
12. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 25-2132 establishing the Citizen Bond Oversight and Transparency Committee (CBOTC) and setting forth its purpose, scope and initial structure.

Discussion, consideration, and possible action to adopt Ordinance No. 2025-06-05- 04, amending the City of Lago Vista Code of Ordinances by adding Chapter 15, titled “Growth Management and Infrastructure Coordination,” to establish application requirements, decision-making criteria, and cross-departmental coordination procedures for development applications including zoning, planned development districts (PDDs), and platting.
19. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2025-06- 05-05 amending Chapter 1, Article 1.500 Purchasing, Section 1.503 Local Preference Program (LLP) of the Code of Ordinances and receive an initial report from staff on how the program has performed since implementation.
20. Discussion, consideration, and possible action awarding Mills Construction's bid for RFP 25-05 in the amount of $499,979 for the construction of Sunset Park driveway; and approving Budget Amendment Ordinance No. 25-06-05-06 an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code Chapter 102, Sections 102.007(b) and 102.010, Providing for budget amendments to the Municipal Budget Ordinance No. 24-09-19-01, for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 2024 and Ending September 30, 2025; for the additional funds to cover project costs in the amount of $124,979.
21. Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving Bennett Paving change order in the amount of $107,620.92 to pave Sunset Park and authorize the City Manager to execute the change order.
