Said property currently zoned R1S and being more generally described as being on the south side of Highland Lake Drive approximately 100 feet +/- west of Santa Monica Ave.

4-B. Project #23-2770-FL-PLA: Consider a Preliminary Plat for a proposed 15-lot single-family residential subdivision know as Santa Vista Way being approximately, 32.410 of land out of the H&O. B. Railroad Survey Abstract No 35 situated n the City of Lago Vista, Travis County, Texas and in a recorded in Volume 12790, Page 2082 of the R.P.R.T.C.T. and being Lot 26257, Highland Lake Estates , Section twenty-six amended as recorded in Volume 68, Page 23 P.R.T.C.T.
