10e.Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding Resolution No. 25-2125; A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Lago Vista, Texas, accepting the Fiscal Year 2024 Audit as prepared by Singleton, Clark & Company, PC.
7a. Discussion, consideration, and possible action awarding Mills Construction's bid for RFP 25-05 in the amount of $500,064.75 for the construction of Sunset Park driveway and authorizing City Manager to sign the contract.
7b. Discussion and possible action regarding the award of RFQ 25-06 for Engineering Design of WTP#3 Upgrade to 6.0 MGD, to Walker Partners; and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement for such services.

Project # 23-2734-R-REZ Conduct a public hearing for consideration of a request to rezone a parcel of land from C-1A “Professional Office, Neighborhood Retail” District to C-2 “General Commercial / Retail” District on approximately 1.8681 acres of land addressed as 8039 Bronco Ln, TX 78748 and being Lot 5, Blk A of Lago Vista Retail Subd Addition, Lago Vista, Travis County, Texas. Said property generally described as approximately 685’ ESE of the intersection of Bronco Lane and Bar K Ranch Rd. and 242’ NW of the Post Office Site.
9b. Project # 23-2816 Consideration of a Concept Plan for approximately 32.42 acres of land out of the H & O. B. Railroad Survey, Abstract # 2152, Lago Vista, Travis County Texas. Said Concept Plan being for a proposed future 15-lot single family subdivision. Said property currently zoned R1S and being more generally described as being on the south side of Highland Lake Drive approximately 100 feet +/- west of Santa Monica Ave.
9c. Project # 23-2777-R-REZ Conduct a public hearing for consideration of a request to rezone a parcel of land from “TR-1” Temporary Restricted to “C-2” General Commercial Retail. Said rezoning is proposed for an approximately 4.035-acre tract of land identified as Property ID No. 984238 by the Travis Central Appraisal District and situated in the Mary Campbell Survey, Abstract No. 129, in the City of Lago Vista, Travis County, Texas. Said tract was conveyed to Leonard Strickler and is more generally described as being along the west side of Lohman Ford Road, approximately 380 feet south of the intersection of Lohman Ford Road and Travis Drive.
9d. Project # 23-2778-R-REZ Conduct a public hearing for consideration of a request to rezone a parcel of land from “TR-1” Temporary Restricted to C-2 “General Commercial Retail”. Said rezoning Proposed for an approximate 3.776-acre tract of land identified as Property ID NO. 999032 by the Travis Central Appraisal District and situated in the Mary Campbell Survey Abstract NO. 129 in the City of Lago Vista, Travis County Texas. Said Tract Having Been conveyed to Leonard Strickler and more generally described as being along the west side of Lohman Ford Road Approximately 954 Feet South of the intersection of Lohman Ford RD. and Travis Dr.
10a.Consideration and possible action on adopting Resolution No. 25-2141 committing to zero roadway fatalities and serious injuries and adopting the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Travis County Safety Action Plan.
10b.Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2025-06-05-05 amending Chapter 1, Article 1.500 Purchasing, Section 1.503 Local Preference Program (LLP) of the Code of Ordinances and receive an initial report from staff on how the program has performed since implementation.
10c. Discussion, consideration and possible action to direct staff to review and possibly suggest a potential amendment to the PID Policy relating to maintenance responsibilities for Public Parkland.
10d.Discussion, consideration and possible action on referring an ordinance that amends Chapter 14 of the Zoning Ordinance, Section 2 and Section 16, related to Home Based Business's, to change and ensure that the City of Lago Vista's regulations are in compliance with the recently passed HB 2464 which becomes effective January 1, 2026.
10f. Discussion, consideration, and possible action directing the Planning and Zoning Commission and staff to review Parkland Dedication requirements, including but not limited to impact fees, fee's in lieu of, amount of land to be dedicated, as related to Chapter 5 of the Subdivision Ordinance.
10g. Discussion and possible action on RFP No. 25-03 Effluent Pond #17 Repairs & Pond #2 Improvements Change Order #1 & #2 and authorizing the City manager to approve the change orders.
10h.Discussion and possible action on Amendment No. 2 to the Effluent Pond Repairs design, which includes plans for a pump house, wet wells, electrical, SCADA, and pumps for Ponds #2, #14, and #17, and to authorize the City Manager to approve the amendment.
