10C. Action approving Resolution No. 25-2146 the installation of a mural on the exterior wall of the Lago Vista Golf Clubhouse and authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary agreements.
10B. Action rescinding Resolution No. 25-2137, and approving Resolution No. 25-2145, which established the Development and Building Advocacy and Support Subcommittee to assist residents, builders, and developers in resolving development-related issues through Early Intervention, Council Guidance, and Collaboration with City Staff; and providing an effective date. Resolution No. 25-2145 eliminates the language approved by consensus of the Council at the May 15, 2025 City Council meeting.

Action approving Ordinance No. 25-08-21-02 repealing the City's Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, Property Maintenance and Nuisances; Article 6.300 Noise; and providing a new Ordinance for the regulation of noise disturbance; providing for incorporation of premises, providing findings, providing for a repeal, providing a purpose, providing for enforcement, providing for territorial application, providing for compliance by contractors and proposed developments, providing for city contracts to be conditioned upon compliance, providing definitions, providing for specific noise disturbance prohibited, providing for affirmative defenses, providing for permits or variance, providing for appeals, providing for penalty not to exceed $2,000 per offense per day, providing for injunctive relief, providing cumulative repealer, savings, and severability clauses, providing for publication, engrossment and enrollment and providing an effective date.
